1).A B Tank（Polyether polyols）structure：
Acid-proof stainless steel (argon arc welding (1Cr18Ni9Ti 304）) tank, is equipped with spiral baffle heating (or cooling) jacketed, outside of polyurethane rigid foam insulation blanket, do energy-saving .Under the tank there is hot air circulation heating, heating the raw material more stable.Outside there is an oven type rock wool insulation layer, to achieve the effect of temperature and energy saving.
2）The upper cover is equipped with desiccant device, automatic vacuum suction port, convenient feeding port, neck mirror, vacuum interface, vacuum pressure gauge, nitrogen port, air outlet.Select high precision mechanical seal device, ensure no leakage when stirring, stirring speed: 30r.p.m.(depending on the properties of the material)
3）The bottom of the tank is provided with discharge port, special filter, discharge port and temperature probe
4）MOCA tank with agitator device or MOCA automatic material device (ZCE MADE) utility model patented technology
