Suitable for the mold preheat of casting CPU polyurethane elastomer and the shaping and vulcanization after casting. ZC-PV series.
Ⅱ. Functions and features:
1. Operating temperature: 110℃—130℃.
2. Heating treatment for plate surface, flatness ≤0.1mm, processed by flat grinder.
3. The oil tank uses conduction oil and electrical heating circulation; rigid polyurethane foam works for insulation, which makes the heating faster, more efficient and energy-saving.
4. Whole machine is reasonably designed with advanced theory and reliable performance.
Ⅲ. Application:
Apply to polyurethane plate for metal stamping mould, high load solid core wheel, sleve plate for mining, hydraulic seal ring, photovoltaic guide wheels etc.
