4. After the start-up time of the high-pressure system cycle, the black-and-white material management cycle in the water tank and the circulating water in the industrial water cooler are heat exchanged, and the temperature can be controlled at a temperature suitable for the black-and-white material.
5. Set the filling time on the dashboard and select the tip according to the requirements.
6. After the production of the pu foaming machine is completed, it is necessary to close the nitrogen cylinder valve and the compressed air inlet valve to stop the internal circulation of the foaming machine, then reset the left power button, pull down the main gate, and turn off the power.
7. Understand the basic working principle of the pu foaming machine type. It is to introduce gas into the foaming agent in the aqueous solution, but different types of foaming machines have different air-entraining methods. For example, the low-speed stirring type adopts low-speed rotating blades to introduce one A small amount of bubbles are generated in the gas environment, and the efficiency of foaming technology is low;
