II. Functions and features:

The film thickness is controlled by the amount of glue pouring back into to the uniformity and finish machining accuracy by roller decision, drum surface polishing, frequency control, with a stop braking device, the roller surface polishing, axial runout is less than or equal to 0.05mm.

The film's hard deviation is mainly determined by the temperature difference on the inner surface of the drum, so it requires enough heating power.

The heating tube is evenly distributed around the roller, which can automatically control temperature and regulate conveniently. The hot air circulation is more comprehensive and more stable.

The excellent and reliable insulation casing, the environment factor has little effect ,so the temperature control is accurate and reliable; less than ≤±2℃.

III. Application:
The machine is used to produce polyurethane elastomer CPU sheet, screen scraper, wear-resistance scraper and copier scraper, it ensures uniform film thickness and high degree of surface finish.
