AUXILIARY METERING SYSTEM AND INJECTION:
All auxiliary circuits (colors, catalysts, additives) are equipped with recirculation system and both the pressures of injection and recirculation can be independently adjusted.
The pipeline unit:
Material tube is composed by the outer layer thermal insulator . Metering pump and pouring head are heated by the electric heating, (A, B materials heating range is from room temperature ~130 degrees Celsius) to achieve the required temperature. The temperature error is less than 2 ℃.
Raw material recirculation:
Zecheng machines are equipped with full line recirculation for each component. It guarantees uniform temperature and viscosity of the raw materials. Moreover, recirculation reduces pre-shot time before casting and thus minimizes raw material loss.
