Heating and temperature control system:
The heating system which adopts the automatic control of heated air circulation to make the uniform temperature.
Material heating: Raw Materials are heated by hot air circulation. When heated to their respective rated values, the temperature control system will automatically cut off.
(2) The metering pump has a constant temperature device with hot air circulating heating to ensure that the metering pump works at a constant temperature and the metering is more accurate.
(3) The machine head is electrically heated by components A, B and C independently, and the temperature of the casting head is controlled by the computer, so that the casting head can reach the required temperature.
(4) Material hose, raw materials are conveyed in the Inner pipes, and an external insulation layer is provided. Each feed and return material has an independent temperature control device, which can achieve the effect of energy saving.
Quality assurance
A. The seller's warranty period for normal use of the equipment is one year, except for wearing parts. The warranty period is calculated from the date of loading the equipment. During the warranty period, the seller shall provide free maintenance and replacement of parts for equipment damage under normal operating conditions.
B. During the use of the equipment, the buyer shall strictly follow the instructions and operating procedures provided by the seller. In case of damage caused by illegal use, the buyer shall bear the economic loss.
