The mixing unit:
Depending to the parameters of total pouring volume and mixing ratio required by formulation, A, B and C choose high-precision metering pumps with high-temperature resistance and low speed whose metering accuracy error does not exceed (+0.5%). When the temperature, viscosity or pressure of the raw materials fluctuates, the measurement and proportion are always accurate and stable.
In order to measure the displacement of pump accurately, the machine uses synchronous motor and speed reducer to drive the actuator and change its speed to adjust.
The mix head:
The machine is equipped with precision gear pumps that are accurately controlled. This results in consistent pump output and ratio accuracy.
(1) The mixing device adopts the anti-dumping device with an exquisite structure and convenient replacement so that the mixing shaft can run at high speed without anticipating and channeling.
(2) The mixing head is made of straight-tooth mixing head stainless steel, which is light and durable, ensuring uniform mixing and no bubbles.
(3) The motor of the mixing head rotates at high speed in the mixing chamber by increasing the speed of the mixing head by frequency conversion. When the raw liquid is changed from a needle valve to pouring state, it enters the mixing chamber through the throttle hole and is injected onto the surface of the rotating rubber roller. When cleaning, the solvent enters the mixing chamber to clean the mixing head to ensure the next operation; static pressure is set on the feeding pipe, which can be fine-tuned with a viscosity less than 50 CPS to ensure the system pressure is stable, and the proportion of materials in the mixing process is stable as well.

Quality assurance
A. The seller's warranty period for normal use of the equipment is one year, except for wearing parts. The warranty period is calculated from the date of loading the equipment. During the warranty period, the seller shall provide free maintenance and replacement of parts for equipment damage under normal operating conditions.
B. During the use of the equipment, the buyer shall strictly follow the instructions and operating procedures provided by the seller. In case of damage caused by illegal use, the buyer shall bear the economic loss.
C. The seller shall provide the free charge repair kit for wearing parts. It will be shipped with the machine for the buyer's spare. After the warranty period, the seller will provide correct replacement parts and preferential parts price service.
D. The raw materials, electronic components and parts purchased by our company all conform to the relevant national standards.
