Heating and temperature control system:
The heating system which adopts the automatic control of heated air circulation to make the uniform temperature.

(2) The metering pump has a constant temperature device with hot air circulating heating to ensure that the metering pump works at a constant temperature and the metering is more accurate.
(3) The machine head is electrically heated by components A, B and C independently, and the temperature of the casting head is controlled by the computer, so that the casting head can reach the required temperature.
Vacuum system:
Rotary vane vacuum pump
(1) The vacuum buffer tank is made of stainless steel ), which is mainly used for vacuum absorption and cleaning of impurities.

Raw Material Test Service
1. Raw material service cost
We provide raw material testing service to our guests.
The test operation and machine cleaning cost is USD500.
2. Test Requirement
A. The customer provides the required raw materials and molds
B. The customer provides raw material data and mold requirements. We help to purchase the corresponding raw materials and molds in China ( customer pay). and then test the raw materials and record videos.
C. Test the raw material ,report and record videos.
D. If not requirement raw material test , normally we do DOP test . Will supply the report and record video.
