The mixing unit:
The motor of the mixing head rotates at high speed in the mixing chamber by increasing the speed of the mixing head by frequency conversion. When the raw liquid is changed from a needle valve to pouring state, it enters the mixing chamber through the throttle hole and is injected onto the surface of the rotating rubber roller. When cleaning, the solvent enters the mixing chamber to clean the mixing head to ensure the next operation; static pressure is set on the feeding pipe, which can be fine-tuned with a viscosity less than 50 CPS to ensure the system pressure is stable, and the proportion of materials in the mixing proc
When we do the pigment/colour what flow rate?
Item 4 – 2, you say “click on Test” – on pressing TEST, does the machine automatically dispense material for a set time ?or do we have to press the POUR button for a set time or it will automatically stop pouring?
Answer： Press the TEST - Press the prepouring button --- it automatically stop pouring after a set time or weight . OK
Calibrate the actual value of material A: very confusing description and we must see a video giving us time to see the screen and how to adjust actual value to be below 0.5%
Adjusting the ratio etc. we know how to do.
Answer : Total pouring 4 times and weigh it .
Pouring First time , weigh it - check the weight if approximately ok
