Machine Overview
The CPU20J series of elastomer casting machines is designed for fabricating polyurethane elastomers based on MDI and TDI prepolymers, using chain extenders such as MOCA and BDO. Our electric heating elastomer casting equipment meets the requirements for pouring polyurethane elastomer products. It can heat, stir, synthesize prepolymers, and perform vacuum defoaming, all within the same machine.
Excellent Features:
- Accurate measurement, homogeneous mix and no bubbles.
- Closed loop automatic control of heated air circulation system is adopted, which overcomes the technical difficulty that the prior heat conducting oil passage is easy to oxidize and deposit carbon.
- Mixing device adopts special sealing device and pressure static balance device
- The head design is advanced, and the color added is convenient and comfortable. It meets the process requirements, the control system is sensitive and the operation procedure is reliable.
- Dynamic electric heating for the raw materials tanks.
- Reduces pre-pouring time before casting and thus minimizes raw material loss.
- A dynamic mixer, which can be standard or large in size, to provide the perfect mixing quality.
- Color and catalyst can be added to the mixing system independently, with each system capable of adjusting pressure separately.\
- A high-precision gear pump ensures accurate and stable mixing ratios.
- Supports various pouring methods, including injection, hose pouring, open pouring, closed die pouring, timed, and quantitative pouring.
- Can store 30 or 99 different formulations for easy access.
