Heating and temperature control system:

Control Panel
A user-friendly interface which enables the user to monitor and check process parameters for constant production control.Such as pressure, temperature, and pump speed are rigorously monitored and controlled.It allows to live time display the machine status on its whole, showing temperatures, pressures, pump and mixer speed, security advices, alarms and anything else connected to operative procedure.
The control system including a power switch, automatic air switch, AC contactor and control lines. The equipment operation is controlled by digital temperature controller, digital pressure gauge, digital tachometer and PLC and the module to complete, so as to ensure the normal operation of equipment.
Full control and operation of all machine functions by means of the PLC which, in case of anomalies, gives an acoustic warning with display of a text message identifying the related problem.
The overpressure alarm which protect the material system to ensure material in normal working conditions and stable temperature, the temperature error is less than or equal to 2℃. Pouring or air impact by PLC type computer controller, automatic control.
The software also includes other utility sections like machine maintenance, working timers, statistics and alarms history. The access to the software could be protected by a hardware key.Set up and formulations could be safely storage in apposite section. Their related working parameters (temperatures, pressures, outputs and so on) are saved and ready available at any time.
