Daily maintenance of PU tire manufacturing equipment should be carried out in five aspects: cleaning, component inspection, lubrication, electrical system maintenance and regular maintenance. Specific points are as follows:
I. Cleaning Work
Equipment surface cleaning
Wipe the surface of the equipment daily with a clean wet cloth to remove dust and oil stains and prevent debris from getting equipment interior. Special attention should be paid to key areas such as oil routes and hydraulic tanks to ensure that oil stains do not accumulate. For example, the hydraulic oil tank of a tire molding machine needs to be cleaned regularly to avoid oil stains affecting the stability of the hydraulic system.
Deep cleaning of key areas.
Oil line system: Check oil line once a week for leaks, remove impurities from oil line and prevent piston rod scratches or oil deterioration.
Electric control cabinet: use the blow-dryer to clean the dust inside the cabinet once a month to avoid short circuit or bad contact due to dust accumulation.
II. Component Inspection and replacement
Worn components inspection
Daily inspection: Inspect the wear and tear of rubber pads, drive chains, roller, belt, etc. If the rubber pads are badly worn, they need to be replaced immediately, otherwise they will affect the fixation effect of the tires, and the tension in the drive chains is inappropriate, which may cause transmission abnormalities.
Monthly inspection: check the the coaxiality of transmission ring, clutch disc and spindle, tolerance control up to 1mm to ensure forming accuracy.
Replacement of vulnerable components
Perishable parts, such as anti-entanglement, pressurization and sealing membranes, are replaced every six months to prevent air leakage and impact production.
Replacement as required: Motor torque limiter, synchronous belts, etc., if damaged or performance declines, need to be replaced immediately.
III. Lubrication Maintenance
Lubrication cycle and components
Daily lubrication: High frequency moving parts, such as spindle bearings and guide pairs for each device, shall be lubricated with 2# or 3# lithium based grease to be added through oil gun or tank.
Weekly lubrication: Parts such as transmission ring gear and rack pairs, as well as each device's sleeve rollers chain shall be lubricated with 3 # lithium base grease to reduce wear and tear.
Monthly lubrication: Parts such as the forming machine head reducer and conveyor belt drive reducer need to be replaced or supplemented in lube to Tivela WB oil oil.
Lubrication precautions
Before lubrication, oil stains and impurities should be cleaned on the surface of the components to ensure the lubrication effect.
The lubrication cycle of different components should be strictly in accordance with the equipment specification to avoid excessive lubrication or insufficient lubrication.
IV. INTRODUCTION Electrical system maintenance
Checking wires and plugs
Daily check: Check for signs of aging or damage to wires and loose plugs. Aged or damaged wires can lead to short circuits and loose plugs can lead to poor contact, affecting the operation of equipment.
Test motor insulation performance on a monthly basis, update aging components to ensure electrical safety.
Calibration indicator lights and sensors
Check the functionality of all site safety indicator on a monthly basis to ensure that they are working properly.
Periodically calibrate the center light source and CCD lens to ensure the accuracy of benchmark inspection.
V. Regular Maintenance and Calibration
Monthly maintenance
Check equipment performance, calibrate equipment parameters (such as spindle rotary joint seal, shaft bearings clearance, etc.).
Adjust the adjusting nut of the adhesive belt layer to ensure the size of the adhesive drum.
Semi-annual maintenance
Replace vulnerable components (such as press wheel, spindle rotary joint seal, etc.).
Carry out deep cleaning, including flushing system pipelines, inspection and maintenance of electrical control cabinet.
Annual maintenance
Check motor, control parameters and curves to ensure smooth operation of equipment.
Overhaul the equipment, including shaft correction, seat the levelness adjustment, transmission ring guide adjustment, etc.
