2. How to Prepare and Preheat Coating Rolls

(1) Rolls should be cleaned and checked for foreign matter and oil on the roll surface before applying the adhesive.

(2) Apply 1 coat of glue and then apply another coat when dry.

(4) After preheating, the rolls are coated when the iron core temperature drops to (60~70℃) after checking the surface

Pre-bake in a 110℃ oven for 5-6 hours.

3H/110℃(3 days or more at room temperature)

(1) Unlike the existing TDI-Prepolymer, the polythene raw material is MDI-Prepolymer.

(2) In particular, MDI is considerably more sensitive and reactive to moisture than TDI, so careful handling is required.
