General description of equipment
1、Safety Attentions
(1) Please read this operation instruction carefully before use!
(2) This equipment can not explosion-proof!
(3) Equipment must be independent of the power cord and external power connections, power requirement is three-phase 380V～400V，50HZ～60HZ. Equipment must be safely grounded, to ensure the safety of the user and the device itself
(4) When using this equipment, need to wear high temperature gloves or overalls, avoid scald
(5) The unauthorized change machine and using illegal manufacturers sales or recommended accessories, may cause fire, electric shock and personal injury
3、 Equipment Function
This equipment is mainly used for casting vulcanization and mold heating plate .Vulcanization machine is composed of heating platform ,heating pipe and electric cabinet. The bottom and outside of the platform are equipped with thermal insulation panel , working temperature 90℃～130℃.
Operating instructions for the equipment
（1） Clear the surface of the platform.
(2) Unlock the lock switch and check whether the voltmeter and temperature meter of the equipment are normal before starting work.
(3) Turn the heating rotary switch and place the mold on the platform, waiting for the platform temperature to rise to the working temperature
(4) The temperature rises to the working temperature can start pouring
(5) The end of the work, clean the equipment
(6) The platform is equipped with a cover for heat preservation. The cover is opened by pneumatic way and is controlled by a manually controlled reversing pneumatic valve
