Installation and debugging
The installation, commissioning and technical training of the equipment shall be undertaken by the seller's engineers
A.Welcome customers to visit the factory . Seller Provide the free training , technical guidance and catering services
B.Assign technicians to the buyer's site for training. The buyer shall provide the necessary machinery and tools for installation and debugging. The seller's engineer will arrive at the Seller's factory on the agreed date by both parties
C.Provide online video or video recording instruction services
Quality assurance
A.The seller's warranty period for normal use of the equipment is one year, except for wearing parts. The warranty period is calculated from the date of loading the equipment. During the warranty period, the seller shall provide free maintenance and replacement of parts for equipment damage under normal operating conditions.
B.During the use of the equipment, the buyer shall strictly follow the instructions and operating procedures provided by the seller. In case of damage caused by illegal use, the buyer shall bear the economic loss.
C.The seller shall provide the free charge repair kit for wearing parts. It will be shipped with the machine for the buyer's spare. After the warranty period, the seller will provide correct replacement parts and preferential parts price service.
